The UFC is bringing the heat to the Kaseya Center (Triple A) on April 12, and UFC 314 is shaping up to be an all-out warzone. We’re talkin’ stacked card, big names, and title shots on the line. If you’re into fights that’ll have you on the edge of your seat, this one’s a can’t-miss.

Main Event: Volkanovski vs. Lopes – Featherweight Gold on the Line

Volk is back. The former champ, Alexander Volkanovski, is stepping in to snatch back the featherweight crown. But standing in his way? Diego Lopes—a fast-rising problem with slick skills and confidence for days. With Topuria moving up in weight, the title’s up for grabs, and this clash is gonna be fire.

Co-Main: Chandler vs. Pimblett – OG vs. The New Wave

• Yan Xiaonan vs. Virna Jandiroba – Strawweight stakes are high. Winner might be looking at a title eliminator next.
